By booking, purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any of our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Services.

3. Our Services

These Terms apply to all Services provided under the Pressure Reflex name, including:

• Free conversations, webinars, and live online sessions
• Private one-to-one Pressure Reflex work
• Group programs, intensives, live or virtual events
• Leadership and team training
• Assessments, digital courses, and online programs

All frameworks, methods (including the Pressure Reflex Training System), materials, videos, and written content are proprietary intellectual property of the Company.

4. Payment Terms & No Refund Policy

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase or as outlined in an agreed payment plan.

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, credits, or transfers under any circumstances.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• You are responsible for full payment of fees, regardless of participation or completion.
• You will not dispute payments or request chargebacks without first contacting us at hello@pressurereflex.com.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided in connection with our Services, including but not limited to videos, frameworks, written guides, templates, assessments, and online course content, are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law. Pressure Reflex™ is a trademark of the Company.

You agree not to:

• Copy, share, sell, record, or distribute any materials.
• Use our content for commercial purposes without express written permission.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access and legal action.

6. Coaching Disclaimer

Our Services are designed for educational and personal development purposes. We are not medical professionals, therapists, financial advisors, or legal consultants. Pressure Reflex assessments and training are not a psychological or medical diagnosis.

You understand that:

• Coaching results vary by individual effort and circumstances.
• No guarantees of specific outcomes, earnings, or performance are made.
• You are solely responsible for decisions and actions arising from participation.

If you require mental health or medical support, please consult a licensed professional.

7. Confidentiality & Respect

We honor the confidentiality of all coaching sessions and group environments. You agree to do the same.

You agree to:

• Respect all participants’ privacy.
• Refrain from recording or sharing any session without written consent.
• Communicate with integrity, empathy, and professionalism.

The Company reserves the right to remove participants for conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful, without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deano Sutter Consulting LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our Services.

You agree to hold the Company harmless for any decisions, actions, or outcomes related to coaching participation.

9. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

For users in the European Union, EEA, or UK, we process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the UK GDPR.

Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your personal data only when necessary for:
