• Information you share when you book a conversation, through forms, in coaching or training sessions, or in community interactions.

b. Automatically Collected Information

• Browser type, IP address, device data, and, only if you choose “Accept all,” analytics cookies.

c. Sensitive Information

• We do not intentionally collect sensitive data (e.g., health information) unless you voluntarily share it during a session.

4. How We Use Your Information

We process your information to:

• Schedule and hold the conversations you book with us.
• Deliver and personalize coaching, training, and program experiences.
• Process payments and send confirmations and reminders.
• Provide updates, educational emails, and relevant resources (with your consent).

We use two measurement tools. Our website host, Vercel, counts visits and page views. It sets no cookies and does not follow you between sites. We also use the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which does set cookies and does report back to Meta. The Meta pixel only loads if you choose “Accept all.”

When you first visit this website, a cookie banner asks you to choose “Accept all” or “Accept essential.” Your choice is saved in a cookie named cookie-config for 180 days. With “Accept essential,” only cookies needed for the site and the booking calendar to work are used. Non-essential cookies, such as analytics, load only if you choose “Accept all.” You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie Preferences link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser settings.

You have the right to:

We use industry-standard encryption, secure servers, and limited access controls to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to reduce risk.

11. Third-Party Processors

We work with trusted partners who are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and only as instructed. These include our booking, CRM, and email platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), our website host and analytics provider (Vercel), Meta Platforms (the Meta pixel, only with your consent), our video meeting provider, and our payment processors.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. If we discover data from a minor, we delete it promptly.
